Caroline Humer - Management

Is an independent consultant for companies looking to protect their services from sexual exploitation and to protect children from going missing. During her time at ICMEC, she developed the first and largest AI search engine for missing children. In 2020 she co-founded  the Trust & Safety Forum, a yearly European conference. Caroline is based in Alexandria, Virginia, USA.

Andrea Powell - Advocacy

 Is the initiator and Director of the Reclaim Coalition, a pioneering global gathering of lived-experience experts and initiatives against IBSA, launched in 2023. She is the

co-founding director of Alecto AI’s foundation. Andrea is based in San Diego, USA

J-C Le Toquin - Operations

Is an independent consultant for tech companies in Trust & Safety and cybersecurity. He has been Director of Digital Crimes Unit at Microsoft EMEA from 2007-2013, President of INHOPE from 2020-2024 and co-founder of the Trust & Safety Forum, a pioneering European conference that started in 2022. J-C is based in Paris, France.
